Who handles your enquiry

Lagreon handles enquiries for warehouse and logistics partner selection in Norway. Contact us about your information. post@lagreon.no

LAGREON DEMCHENKO · Org.nr 938527652

What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your company name, business email, preferred location, goods, storage conditions, timing and required work. You may also provide a contact name, phone, approximate volume, transport locations, container details and other handling requirements. We use these details to respond to your request and select relevant partners. Partner enquiries describe a facility and its stated services; availability and cooperation are verified separately. Please do not include identification documents, financial credentials or sensitive personal information.

We process an enquiry at your request. Where details relate to a business contact acting for a company, we use them for legitimate business communication and enquiry handling. Optional sharing permission is recorded separately.

The referring website, any campaign tags in the page URL and the page the enquiry came from are submitted with the enquiry. We use these details to assess which channels bring relevant requests. We do not save these details in browser storage.

Who can access the details

Enquiry information is stored in systems used by Lagreon to handle and follow up your enquiry. Access is limited to authorised staff who need the information for this work. Relevant details are shared with partners to prepare an offer when you have authorised that sharing; otherwise we first agree it with you.

We use service providers for website hosting and data storage. When email notifications are enabled, we also use a notification service. These notifications do not contain the enquiry details you submitted.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information for handling your request, related business follow-up and any applicable record-keeping duties. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw an optional permission. We assess requests against any remaining business or legal obligations. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
